Payment & Start Date Instructions

For 3 Month Coaching Packs (1:1 or 1:2):

• Payment is due on the 1st of each month for the duration of your three-month commitment.

• Example: If you start in January, payments are due on 1st January, 1st February, and 1st March.

• All sessions must be used within each calendar month — unused sessions will not roll over.

For Flex Packs (1:1 or 1:2):

• You can choose your preferred start date.

• Once you select your start date, you have three months from that date to complete all your sessions.

• Payment is required before your first session.

Deposit Requirement

• To secure and confirm your booking, a deposit is required (unless you are paying for your full package upfront).

• The deposit is equivalent to one session from your chosen package and confirms your booking once received.

• Training slots will be held for a maximum of 6 weeks from the date of payment.

• Payment is made via bank transfer. Your slot will only be secured once payment has been received and confirmed.

• By making payment, you confirm agreement to the Terms & Conditions below.
