This depends on your package. We offer:
Three-Month Commitment packages (weekly sessions, 3 months minimum)
Flex Pack (Pay-As-You-Go) sessions you can schedule at your convenience
Everyone! Training is personalised for all ages and fitness levels. Sessions can focus on strength, endurance, fat loss, mobility, or performance — whatever your goals are.
Yes, but please inform me before booking. We may ask for your doctor’s approval or adjust sessions to suit your needs.
Private sessions are one-to-one, but we also offer doubles sessions if two people want to train together.
Yes! Parking is available nearby for all clients.

24 hours’ notice required for cancellations
Late cancellations or no-shows are charged at the full session rate
Refunds are only available for medical reasons with a doctor’s note. Otherwise, sessions are non-refundable.
Results vary depending on goals, attendance, and nutrition, but most clients start seeing changes within 6–8 weeks.
